The UAE Design Language System (DLS) saw widespread implementation across federal government entities after the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) revamped their website. As the first FGE to use DLS, they experienced a significant improvement in overall user experience and a decrease in support center calls.
